Eating foods that effectively destroy your progress (processed snacks, fast foods, microwave meals) will just not bring the results. You must ensure you are feeding your body with the nutrients it needs and when abdominal definition is involved you need to make sure, chicken, turkey, fish, lean meat, fiberous vegetables, fruits and wholegrains actively make up your diet.

There are voices saying to eat a lot of lean proteins and high-quality carbs and drink drink drink drink water. Aim for 3-5L/day. Others are saying best fat burner are the pills.
